Nice service, nice atmosphere and, above all, good food. We will be back.

Very nice, small selection of dishes, also something for vegetarians, but the taste explosion was missing. The wine we chose was sold out, but the recommendation of the house was very good. The next day my wife made braised cucumber with chicken, which then put the farm's tagliatelle in the shade. All in all it was good, the staff attentive.

After the change of operator, we had serious concerns as to whether we would miss the great concept from Mr. Preuss. Now we have tested the new team on September 4th, 2020 and are absolutely thrilled. Usual cozy ambience, very nice, hard-working service, a not too big, but varied menu and very tasty, beautifully presented dishes. We look forward to continuing to have a great restaurant in the Bergisch area and will be back! :-)

Was there again for the first time today after the change of ownership. Before that, it was always very tasty and pleasant there. But now a new shovel has been added! Very warm and attentive service, small, fine selection of special dishes, perfectly seasoned and also a source of joy visually! Great evening, completely satisfied and enthusiastic!

Very nice and classy restaurant, the ambience is just very inviting and relaxing, you can eat fresh meat and co, very well, quality is great, very nicely arranged and the staff is just great, super friendly and competent. We will be back.

I visit a friend in the area several times per year and we always visit this restaurant. The food is very good quality and very well cooked. They also bring it to you hot. The menu is very limited but I always try something new and every time seems like the best choice. Edit 04/19: best restaurant of the area, I recommend to make reservations

Super delicious food. I can only recommend. Pleasant atmosphere. Unfortunately a bit loud but what the thoroughfare is to blame. Inside, it is quiet for that. Very friendly staff and reasonable prices.

First the positive: the food was very good - we were very, very satisfied. It was also plentiful, so we got full. The service is good. We were a little irritated that when we came in we had to go to the counter and ask for our reservation. Here we hoped that they would meet us and ask whether we had made a reservation. What made us dissatisfied was the, in our opinion, high price for an open wine: we find 8.60 EUR for 1/4 l Grauburgunder too expensive. In the future we will probably only drink water or beer when we eat there. The picture shows the ordered guinea fowl breast with port wine sauce and fried chanterelles with butter noodles. It was delicious! And another delicious dish: duck breast with fig mustard, vegetables and mashed potatoes.
